CuSP: A Chicago Customer Success Community
Our Mission
This community explores the role of Customer Success as part of an organization’s strategy. Our main goal is to bring Customer Success Professionals together as a resource for each other. We will focus primarily on building a CS community, knowledge sharing, and networking. CuSP hosts a regular meetup where members of the Chicago CS community come together to share best practices for creating CS strategy, exploring similarities and differences of adjacent practices, and how CS creates value for organizations.

Across more than 20 years in higher education, EdTech, and SaaS, she has gravitated toward the work that sits between intent and reality — hearing the business objectives and strategic plan on one side, observing day-to-day operations on the other, and identifying what needs to shift in systems, processes, tools, or enablement for those goals to be realized.
